Won't let me import corrected Transcript (.txt)

Sometimes this feature works but right now, it won't let me select "import corrected transcript .txt"

 

Does anyone know why this is happening? Do I have something selected wrong?

      If you want to import a corrected transcript, a transcript must exist. Your screenshot shows that you are in Sequence/Program Monitor view. So I assume you have a Source Media transcript. Open the source in the Source Monitor, switch to the Text panel/Transcript tab, and import corrected from there.

       

      If that doesn't work, post a screenshot of the full transcript panel.
