Work Area Bar Not Responding to Double Click

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Display Work Area Bar  Observer that it starts and ends with available clips in the sequence.

2. Zoom into a section of the sequence where you need to work

3. Double-click the work area bar expecting it to snap to the area of the timeline that is displayed 
Result: ...

Nothing happens
Expected: ...

Work area bar resizes to the extent of the visible timeline. (That's how it always worked before, a feature we rely on for timing, exporting and other purposes.)
