copy something to project neo

Hi, I don't know if this is just happening to me, but whenever I try to copy a vector from Illustrator and paste it into a Neo project, it never pastes anything. I can't paste any vectors at all. There's also no connection when I try to send something as a vector to Illustrator; it seems to be sending the vector, but nothing appears in my Illustrator file. It's incredibly frustrating not being able to connect Illustrator and Project Neo. I've seen others paste vectors into Project Neo or transfer things from Project Neo to Illustrator, but I just can't.

is there a solution for this?

Thanks for reaching out. Would you mind exporting your files from Illustrator as an SVG and then importing it in Project Neo (beta) using the Import Vectors button from the home page to see if it helps?
