Max feedback - transform palatte shows the wrong z value when rotating cube primantive. x value and y value both toggle numbers except z value doesn't when doing free form rotate-Jesse

 네오가 사진처럼 실행이 안됩니다. 네오를 한번도 써본적 없어서 문제를 더욱 모르겠습니다. "Try it!"을 누르면 사진처럼 "Application error: a client-side exception has occurred while loading projectneo.adobe.com (see the browser console for more information)."이 뜨면서 먹통이구요, "+Create"을 누르면 다른 사진처럼 무한 로딩이 걸립니다. 최소사양을 확인하고 모든 업데이트를 다 해봤는데 똑같습니다. 뭐가 문제일까요? 그래픽카드가 최소사양보다는 높지만 추천사양 이하라 그런걸까요?<컴퓨터 사양>그래픽카드 : NVIDIA Geforce RTX 3060CPU : 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700FRAM : 32GB

There was suddenly an error with my project and it force quit, so I tried opening it up again, but it is stuck in constant loading. Weirdly enough, when I try to open other files straight after, they can't be opened too, but when I refresh and open the other files, they can for some reason. Hi  I tried to ungroup the objects, but suddenly some of the assets were gone.and then now it keeps showing "oops, something went worng" pop up & can't open the project. is there a way to fix this issue...

Hi, I've changed the position of my last object by using the properties. After clicking enter, none of my objects is visible anymore. You can view them inside the navigation bar on the right handside (they are not set to "hide" or anything) but clicking on it as well as creating a new object won't show anything on the screen. Does anybody ever had this issue and knows how to deal with it? Windows computer. When I begin a project, do something in it, and go to another tab, then return to Neo, the tab will freeze and eventually completely blank to a white screen. Reloading doesn't work either- it just gets stuck forever. The only fix is going to another tab and opening another instance of Neo, and then it doesn't save the progress I've made on the project, even if I made multiple saves beforehand.

When I try to download the art with the transparent background option on, it's making the art look about 50% opaque. If i download with the background on, art shows 100%. Any solutions?

The angle attribute of the horseshoe shape is now limited to 6.283 degrees in the current version, so it cannot be deformed as before.Once touched and saved, it cannot be undone, so it is safer not to open previous works until this issue is resolved.

Updated to Version 133.0.6943.127 (Official Build) (arm64) this morning and the Neo UI is not rendering correctly. The tilt up/down is not showing and orbiting exhibits a weird "snapback" behaviour (as in when you orbit, your view often snaps back to where you were before). I've tried Safari on the same machine and it is working just fine. Anyone else experiencing this?

Hi there,  There seems to be a bug in the "send to Illustrator" feature using Arc broswer (which is chromium based and compatible), if I try to send to AI I end up dowloading the AI installer .dmg file and a message prompting to install AI to start. On Chrome it works. Could it be a bug or maybe some browser setting? Thanks for any help.L

I've tried to make a floating island with a tower on top of it twice now, each time for some reason everything would suddenly disappear, it would still have everything except the model would be completely invisible .

Version of the app: October 2024 (based on release notes)Platform and OS version: MacOS Sequoia 15.1.1, Chrome 131.0.6778.109  for ARM64Basic steps to reproduce the problem: Open Neo in dark mode or switch to dark mode in settings, click the question mark icon in the top right.Expected result and actual result: Expected result is legible text in the "Inputs and Controls" modal popup. Actual result is barely visible or invisible text due to a dire lack of contrast between the text and background colors. While switching to light mode seems to fix it for the most part (mostly just changing the text color), it creates a more uncomfortable experience in the webapp. Please fix this accessibility issue. 

I opened my project this morning and this weird 3D glasses looking object is in the middle of it. There are no layers for it, and i can't select it. Does anyone know how to get rid of something like this??  

Hello. Only when I'm on the Adobe Neo page, whether home page or working in-app, the username on my Adobe icon is different from the one I currently have for my Adobe account. It's showing the old one, which I'm not using anymore. This wouldn't be much of an issue for me, but I'm trying to share with the community the work that I've done with Neo and also trying to create some content on my social media accounts, related to these projects and would be helpful if, somehow, I'd be able to have the same username everywhere.  Is there a solution for this? Thank you!  

Video recording below is in Chrome, as you can see it barely works. In Edge the experience improves, but still not like in the video demos you can find online. I have a very decent PC, they exceed the Project Neo requirements. No element shows any shadowThere is an environmental option that has a shadow to select and unselect, but it doesn't do anything...this is happening only on this artwork, if I open another one it works normally.Thank youThe screenshot below shows the environment without shadow, none of the elements has shadowDo you know what is possibly going on? Thank you

are these features enabled yet?when coloring objects, i can see Solid ( works ) Gradient (cannot select) Image(cannot select)
