Help is invisible in Dark Mode

1. Version of the app: October 2024 (based on release notes)
2. Platform and OS version: MacOS Sequoia 15.1.1, Chrome 131.0.6778.109  for ARM64
3. Basic steps to reproduce the problem: Open Neo in dark mode or switch to dark mode in settings, click the question mark icon in the top right.
4. Expected result and actual result: Expected result is legible text in the "Inputs and Controls" modal popup. Actual result is barely visible or invisible text due to a dire lack of contrast between the text and background colors.

While switching to light mode seems to fix it for the most part (mostly just changing the text color), it creates a more uncomfortable experience in the webapp. Please fix this accessibility issue.
