Environment Lighs/Shadows are gone

Hi, 

I noticed that the shadows are gone. No element shows any shadow
There is an environmental option that has a shadow to select and unselect, but it doesn't do anything...
this is happening only on this artwork, if I open another one it works normally.

The screenshot below shows the environment without shadow, none of the elements has shadow

Do you know what is possibly going on?

    I’m sorry to hear you’re having similar trouble with Project Neo. Could you share more details, such as whether this happens across all your projects, whether it started after a recent update/change, and a brief screen recording of the problem, so we can check this with the team?

    I already did that in Janurary, but my bug report disspeared when you migrated the community support forum. TBH, the snapshot issue (https://community.adobe.com/bug-reports-740/impossible-to-delete-snapshots-1553289) I’m currentely facing is priority at the moment as that’s severly disrupting my project. Would you mind looking into that?
