Crashes and Lag

Windows computer. When I begin a project, do something in it, and go to another tab, then return to Neo, the tab will freeze and eventually completely blank to a white screen. Reloading doesn't work either- it just gets stuck forever. The only fix is going to another tab and opening another instance of Neo, and then it doesn't save the progress I've made on the project, even if I made multiple saves beforehand.

    I have a similar issue. All was working fine than all of a sudden when I want to use the turn around tool, whole Chrome tab goes white and seconds later the UI comes back but everything is still white. I refresh and it comes back to normal but same thing happens over and over. I tried restarting computer, quitting browser, etc. Screen recording Help!

    Hello @10580649.voss,

    Could you try checking for any pending macOS/Google Chrome updates and installing them to see if it helps? Also, try disabling any browser plugins and running Chrome under Safe Mode (https://adobe.ly/4kcSEWo) and share your observations.

    I have attempted to recreate the same situation. On my side everything is working: saving and opening previous documents.
    You probably have turned your computer on and off or off and on. Consider clearing your cache.
