I am unable to access my premium features because Adobe podcasts did not associate my upgrade with the right account.

I am unable to access my premium features because Adobe podcasts did not associate my upgrade with the right account.  My email address has an organizational Adobe subscription attached to it, and I signed into Adobe Podcasts with it, and recorded a significant amount of audio/video.  I attempted to upgrade the account in order to access the required premium features, and instead a NEW account without my data was created at the same email address. There I have access to premium, but not my data.  There is no way for me to upgrade the account with my data--I don't have those permissions, and org admin will not approve it. It shouldn't be possible to accidentally orphan data of a paid user.
