Firefox shows "Server Not Found" / DNS resolution failure for new.express.adobe.com when accessing the Adobe Express promo link, even after trying a different device and resetting Wi-Fi/router connection.

Issue: Cannot access Adobe Express portal via promo link

Product: Adobe Express (Web)

Platform: Firefox (latest version)

URL: https://new.express.adobe.com/home/get-started?promoID=X6FJHFSK&mv=other&mv2=ff-home&locale=en-US

Steps:

  1. Open Firefox
  2. Navigate to the URL above (received via promo campaign link)
  3. Wait for page to load

Expected: Adobe Express "Get Started" page loads successfully

Actual: Browser returns "Server Not Found" error — "Firefox can't connect to the server at new.express.adobe.com"

Additional notes:

  • Tried suggested fixes: different device, checked modem/router, disconnected/reconnected Wi-Fi — issue persists
  • DNS resolution appears to fail for new.express.adobe.com specifically
  • Issue likely affects all users following this promo link (promoID=X6FJHFSK, mv2=ff-home)

Hi, @Amitej S, thank you for taking an interest in my case.

The availability issue occurs across all browsers and operating systems I have tested. I have tried accessing it from Windows using Edge, from my mobile device using Safari, and also from Ubuntu using Firefox, but the same error appears in every case. Additionally, I checked the connection from both my home network and using mobile data, and the result is the same. I even have trouble accessing from the mobile application.

The strange thing is it's only happening with Adobe Express, all the other Adobe web apps load just fine.

I am currently located in the Dominican Republic.

Hi @fmedinard, thanks for reporting this.

I tried the link on my end and it worked without any issues across all browsers, including firefox. Could you let us know whether you're connected to a workplace or home network? Also, please confirm whether you're using a VPN, firewall, ad blocker, DNS filtering service, or any browser extensions that might affect connectivity.

It would also be helpful to know:

  • Whether the issue occurs only in Firefox or in other browsers such as Chrome, Edge, or Safari as well.

  • Whether you're able to access Adobe Express directly at the main site, or if the problem is limited to the promotional link.

If possible, please share a screenshot of the error message and your Firefox version.

Once we have those details, we can investigate further.

Best!
