Digital Editions

I have downloaded the Adobe Digital Editions 4.5, the only way to be able to read my bought eBooks.I bought several eBooks (from the same website, in ePub) and with most I had no problems.One of them however gives an error:Problem with the license communication. E_ADEPT_NO_TOKENCan anyone give me instructions how to solve this problem??I paid for the ebook and would really like to be able to actually read it!

I am being told to try later again. And ahve tried and tried and tried. And yes I am online would appreciate any kind of support!

When i copy books purchased on iBooks from Apple to ADE, the table of contents is visible but the content of the book is invisible ...This copy is then used to synchronize thes books on e new KOBO reader.This problem is present for ebooks purchased in iTunes. The "free" ebooks are copied correctly.Is there a solution?

I have an iMac 10.6.8 and i had ADE 2.0. From this morning the app doesn't go. It's impossible to open it and i had no error messages. How I can do for restore it??

My old computer died. I've installed ADE again, but the library is empty (apart from the welcome note) and does not contain any of my books.I have a backup of the books I had in my library, but copying those does not result in them being added to the library. (The location where the books are kept has changed in the latest version of Windows 10. Instead of username\my documents\my digital editions, as it used to be, apparently it is now using username\onedrive\my documents\my digital editions).And, yes, the books were bought with the same Adobe ID. I could copy them without a problem between my old PC and my laptop.So, how can I copy the books I have back to ADE?(Or how can I force ADE to use the local my documents instead of the onedrive my documents folder?)Thanks in advance.Manuel

I have some books in the ADOBE DIGITAL EDITIONS library that I have installed on my computer, but I can not access them in the ADOBE DIGITAL EDITIONS library that I have installed on my phone. Maybe that is a silly question but I have went through FAQ shared by adobe and found no clear answer how the adobeID and uuid works... To give some background: my AdobeID is authorised on two different computers (win7 and win10) and on each the same account have a different urn:uuid which prevents me from opening my book (in mean time I had to reset my adobeID password and both machines have different version of ADE installed 3.0 and 4.5 - not sure if this is crucial info here). So my questions is:Is it normal that a different uuid is assigned to the same adobeID on each computer? Are the ebooks sold and then assigned only for one computer? If that is true I will ask for a refund because on the vendor page it was clearly stated that with ADE I will be able to read the book on multiple devices/computers...

Had to download Adobe Digital Editions to read a textbook ebook I bought. All the graphic tables and drawings which are bigger than my screen size are cut off... they don't turn up on the next page, and there are no actions I can't take any action to 'scroll' down without moving on to the next page.  The textbook format is .epub . any advice..?

I am trying to download the EPUB ebook and a popup directs me to download Adobe Digital Edition 4.5.8 which I already have, Download does not complete and does not appear in my Adobe Digital Editions, I tried uninstalling Adobe Digital Edition, restarted and downloaded both the 4.5.8 version as well as the 3.0 version but I get the same popup to download again. This is extremely frustrating!!

Hello,I'm trying to add my digital folder file to digital editions and get multiple error messages, like, item is licensed to another user or content not found on this computer or  "You can only authorize this computer with an adobe id that hasn’t been previously used to authorize any other computer or mobile devices.How do I open/use digital editions on a MacOS High Sierra 10.13.4. None of the "support" pages help with this particular issue.thanks

I need an old version of ADE. Where can I found ADE 3.0, for example?

I bought an e-book a week ago and installed digital editions ver.3 to read it. It was working fine but then suddenly stopped yesterday. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, turning my PC on and off and even installing an older version (it worked but wouldn't let me read my book) but nothing seems to be working. The program won't open; it says that digital editions has stopped working and then closes without telling me anymore. I'm getting pretty fed up with this and would like some help if any is available... My computer uses Windows 8 and I want to state again IT WAS WORKING FINE UNTIL YESTERDAY, the stopped

I just downloaded digital Editions because Temple Univ Press had me download it to read their ebooks.  I have everything downloaded.  To read a book I have to use a pull down menu to advance a page or to go back.  This may have been okay back in the 80's, but not today.  Every other reader I use now you can click at the edge of a page or swipe the page to turn pages.  Am I missing something here?  I can't imagine even Adobe being this primitive.

Ik kan de computerautorisatie niet verwijderen, Ik heb al ADE verwijderd en opnieuw geïnstalleerd . Hij heeft dan al een autorisatie aangemaakt, op mijn ID maar ik kan die niet verwijderen.. Hello.  I am trying to copy and paste information from my ebook and it will allow me to do it sometimes but not all the time.  What can I do?

Since migrating to a computer running Windows 10 Pro, I cannot open any valid EPUB3 file with a toc nav element any more.If I remove epub:type="toc" from the nav, or in some cases if I remove the ol from the nav, I can open the EPUB. It will use the NCX instead and probably also use the EPUB2 renderer.I’m using ADE 4.5.126523. The effect I see is that ADE won’t display anything, will consume much CPU, and will never stop.I uninstalled and reinstalled ADE, to no avail.Has anybody else experienced the same thing? I have a nook simple touch w/glow light.  when I download the new adobe digital editions 4.5, it doesn't work.  So I am searching for a download of adobe digital editions 3.0 and I can't seem to find the right thing on the computer.  Sometimes it sends me to Acrobat Reader - is this the same thing?  Will it work for ebooks?  Or I find a site to download and they are selling it or trying to put other things into my computer.  Been trying to deal with this problem for 3 days now (1st problem was I had no idea version 4.5 and the nook touch weren't compatible) - why is the download for the 4.5 so easy yet the 3.0 so difficult to find? thanks Debra

Just wonder if anyone knows how to get a hold of Adobe customer service reps for activation resets of Adobe Digital Editions.  I have been trying to contact Adobe customer service reps for the last 2 weeks to have this resolved.  I have followed instructions on Adobe website which directed me to the forum, responded to post with the same topic, sent message to the Adobe staff that helped the people in that threads.  No response still.If there is any customer service rep reading this message, please assist me with this.  Thanks in advance.

I keep getting this error. I've de-authorised and authorised again. Uninstalled and reinstalled the ADE software and still get this error. I don't know if it's an issue with my profile, ADE, or the vendor's ebook. Adobe's live chat help agent told me to post my issue here. Angela Brandenburger0774576767
