Ability to add swatches in After Effects (via color picker, drag & drop, parameter entry)

Please add the ability to add swatches to your libraries within After Effects.
Preferrably by way of:
- Color Picker
- Drag & Drop
- Parameter Entry

Currently there is no way to add colors to your library from within After Effects. This would be essential to have a working color palette, or just to temporarily save colors in a convenient way. Even the workaround via adobe.color.com does not work since there is no color picker.
