Allow direct download links from the CC assets website

I'd like to be able to create a direct download link for a file on my adobe assets page. To clarify - a direct download link is a download whereby the link does not re-direct you to the adobe.assets.com website, but simply downloads the file automatically in the browser without any user input.

This would be usfull for clients - who for some of them i have to explain to them how to download a file
