Auto switching between pages when scrolling up and down

Our team uses the Collaboration Experience when reviewing the next issue of our print magazine for spelling/clarity/formatting etc.

Most of the pages inside of the PDF are 2-page spreads, so we have to zoom in quite a bit when using the Collab Experience for the text to be legible. 

Once zoomed in, we need to scroll around the page while reviewing everything, and the auto-switching between pages when scrolling up and down becomes a huge inconvenience. It becomes annoying, quite honestly.

Can a developer create a manual toggle for the auto-switching between pages while scrolling? I would love this feature. So would a lot of magazine publishers, I presume.
