Creative Cloud needs a function that let's you download all your files

I recently needed to migrate my files from one CC account to another. I was informed that it was on my school's admin to fix the migration invitation, which they cannot do. I tried to create a .CClib file of my files, but was unable to upload it to my new account. It just looked like this (white box appeared and nothing else happened):

 My only option was then to download all of my 100+ stored cloud files onto my computer. But for some reason you cannot download several at once - but you have to download each file individually. Also it doesn't say "download" it says "export a copy". So I had to do that over 140 times. So the "Idea" (which is more of a strong encouragment out of anger) is to be able to download several files at once from Adobe CC.
