More Review Tools

As a designer I'd love to see the following features:

- better zoom options. 100% Print view is critical. Could be set as default. Also the ability to zoom via command + plus/minus and option + magic mouse
- a frame around the page dimensions of the document
- More comment tools like straight lines, frames and stuff!
