Open a new document template in the default application

When doing a right-click on a PSDT while being in Photoshop CC Libraries panel, you can choose "Open a new document" (same for AIT in Illustrator CCLib and INDT for InDesign CCLib), but you can't do it if you're not on the "Authoring App".

So it will be great to be be able to "Open a new document in Photoshop" if you're on another application.
Behavior, like "Edit original".
