Please RENAME the Lightroom products
There are three versions of Lightroom - four if one includes the phone app.
They are all called Lightroom.
Both Lightroom and Lightroom Classic are described as desktop versions.
Lightroom web is not called that; it is also called Lightroom. Not unique or descriptive.
CLASSIC is a desktop version.
CC? Hybrid? If it is an application one downloads, but which makes one's images available on any device one has access to, it should have a different, DISTINCTIVE name like, Lightroom Collaborate or Lightroom Spectrum, or something that will differentiate it appropriately. Just calling it Lightroom... Why?
Lightroom web should not exist. It is garbage, and there are sync issues that need a tech to fix.
Adobe needs to have a good look at the inconsistencies in their descriptions
I.e. In the Adobe Creative Cloud Application, in Apps (left side menu), Lightroom (available in your plan) doesn't have a descriptive name. If that is the hybrid that one can access from a desktop, or tablet or phone, it needs to be CONSISTENTLY named. Please add - at least - CC. Regardless, in addition to there being too many Lightroom products, badly differentiated, there are too many uses of Creative Cloud. That title/term should apply to only one thing.
Creative Cloud is perhaps the container where one finds/accesses one's applications. When "Creative Cloud" is attached to other products, the entire thing becomes confusing.
In other areas, Adobe Express is also sometimes referred to as Adobe Creative Cloud Express... Why?
Illustrator. Everyone knows what that is.
InDesign. Same thing. Unique name. Fresco, After Effects, Dreamweaver... unique names.
Lightroom? Who knows.
What makes it worse is techs, whether via chat, or on the phone, do not use the correct terms when trying to provide help. If a tech says "open the app," or "open Lightroom," WHICH Lightroom are they referring to?
Way marking matters. Descriptive names matter.
