sync my CC files to my desktop - by default (option)

Right now - my files appear in Creative Cloud by default ...
I want them to be in the Sync folder (Private link) by default (as an option for me)

why?

that way - they will auto sync to my desktop and I can pull a copy off to an external drive - so I have my own 2nd copies etc
