The ability to rearrange folders and files inside the folders

Currently it is not possible to sort files within a library e.g. alphabetically. A sorting function would help a lot to organize the folders better.

Type sorting will be a huge addition. What is the timeline on that release?

Thanks for the feedback! Would you like to be able to rearrange in any particular order? You can currently sort by Name and Date Modified. Sorting by Size and Type will be coming shortly. Is it a drag & drop feature that you're looking for?
