What's taking up space

My cloud is showing 47.5 GB used but I actually only find 4.2 MB. I have deleted everything in the deleted files folder already. Where is this extra space being used and how can I manage it?

I am having the same problem! I have a photography plan with 20GB storage, and it seems it had doubled in size to make it overload the space, might be a glitch.

I have a Creative Cloud All Apps Annual Plan, paid monthly. It is under user printer@harvest-press.com. When I log on the Files area, it shows 47.8 GB used at the bottom of the screen. Deleted files are empty, shared with you is empty, prototypes is empty, mobile creations is empty and libraries is empty. Files has a little in it but when I check each folder, it adds up to about 5gb. I don’t know where it is getting 47.8 gb.

I'm having a similar issue. What I'm finding that may be the culprit is that the Deleted folder actually only lets you delete 100 items at a time, then says it's empty but when you click it again, there are 100 more items. The original site used to let you empty your archive with the click of a button. They need to bring that back.
