Ability to tag images with trustmark and c2pa provenance via API

Right now, if i have an assets and I want to have Adobe manage the trust-store or manifest store for my assets, I cannot process those images in batch and apply an invisible watermark (trustmark) and apply proper provenance data via an api that also has adobe become the certify’er and manage the 3rd party store for all my content “authority”
