Make 3d assets available on demand

I`m using a lot of 3d substance assets, mostly materials
And I`m only using them in Blender with substance plugin
I don`t use Substance Painter, Designer, Sampler, Stager or Modeler
I need none of them
I only need access to assets, both materials and 3d models
However for this I need to buy 50$ subscription with pack of useless for me software and only 50 downloads

Would be great to be able just purchase credits for assets download
