Substance 3D Asset Models with Textures

I work in a fast-paced environment.  For one project alone, I need to craft concepts, create 3D models, develop textures for those models, establish a scene(s) with the models I created and resource models that remain for composition success, render the scene(s), and work on the renders in Photoshop to achieve final results. 

I love all the 3D models I have access to on the Substance 3D Assest website. Although I like that the models come bare so the creative can texture at their leisure, I would enjoy having the option of a bare model and a textured model to choose from. This would increase accessibility, my demand for Substance 3D assets, and my workflow. Please consider establishing 3D models that have textures already assigned—as an optional download.
