Add support for Intel Dedicated GPUs on Linux

Linux support is a strength of the Substance suite, adding support for Intel dedicated GPUs will add to that, especially considering the affordability of Intel GPUs and their strong support on Linux.

Intel provides additional drivers for compute and media processing, similar to AMD, for their dedicated GPUs, providing features beyond the Mesa drivers.
