Can the mousewheel up and down zoom camera in and out - the same as dragging up and down?

At the moment alt + mousewheel only zooms in - and in more, regardless of the direction you scroll the wheel. Please consider replicating the drag where one way goes in and the other goes out!! Mousewheel down feels like it should zoom out.
