Paste into svg node from Inkscape or better Photoshop or Affinity Designer

Paste from inkscape sort of  works actually but it's weird and unusable . The shape is impossible to select  . it's in wrong scale  and place .    Could you please make it workable.  The native  svg node is so terribly  inconvenient .
