Audio Levels on Adobe Audion, making them all the same level

I think it may  have been  discussed elsewhere, but i present a radio show, my set up is a RODECASTER Pro II, a RODE NT-1 signature microphone, and i record onto ADOBE AUDITION, i drag the music MP3 file format. and record (i know some of you are gonna shout) a continious file, is there a way i can make ALL the recordings the same level please, (oh i have a MacBook Air) and it does have a mouse.

Say how do i hightlight the whole show and make changes before exporting...

Sorry i am kinda new to this...........but any help would be useful.
