So helpful when editing to be able to select all clips ahead (or behind) or cursor. Use it so much in Premiere. Why not in Audition?

Hi,What about a uniformity of the short cut keys? Like the razor tool in Premiere is key C and in Audition it's R.I work alot between multple Adobe Apps for one project on different computers. To set theses key the same is not do-able.

Should be able to use ‘Enhance’ just like any other effect

Please PLEASE work on our ability to select multiple tracks at once. This would be a massive time saver.Thank you!

Title: Batch Route Selected Tracks to Buses & Add Folder Tracks for Session OrganizationMessage: Adobe Audition's Multitrack Editor currently lacks two fundamental workflow features that make managing large sessions tedious: batch output routing and folder tracks. Batch Output Routing to Bus: Right now, routing multiple tracks to a single bus requires manually clicking the dropdown menu on every single track individually. We need the ability to highlight multiple tracks (using Shift or Ctrl/Cmd click) and batch-assign their output to a bus or send with a single click. Track Folders / Groups: Most modern DAWs allow users to collapse multiple tracks into Folder Tracks or Track Groups for session organization. Large multitrack sessions with numerous vocal layers, double tracks, background harmonies, or drum stems quickly become cluttered. Having collapsible folder tracks would drastically streamline visual navigation, timeline management, and vertical zoom efficiency in Audition. Ad

Title: Overhaul VST3 Processing & Multi-Threading Engine to Eliminate Audio Dropouts on High-End PCsAdobe Audition needs a major architectural update in how its VST3 engine handles heavy 3rd-party processing queues.I frequently experience severe audio dropouts, stuttering, and crackling during multitrack playback when using processor-intensive plugins, such as iZotope's Ozone Stem EQ or Cradle's The God Particle. For a long time, I assumed these playback issues were caused by my PC hardware. However, after upgrading to a top-tier, high-end PC, the exact same bottlenecks persist in Audition.Meanwhile, running these exact same plugin chains across multiple tracks in other DAWs (like Reaper or Studio One) runs completely smooth on the exact same machine.Dedicated DAWs handle heavy VST3 suites efficiently by using anticipatory dynamic buffering and balanced multi-core CPU scheduling. Audition's VST host engine appears to struggle with thread allocation and dynamic buffer delivery when

Title: Add Copy & Paste for Automation Envelope Keyframes in MultitrackIt’s frustrating that almost every other Adobe app (like Premiere Pro and After Effects), as well as virtually every other major DAW, allows you to copy and paste keyframes, but Adobe Audition still lacks this basic functionality. When mixing a full session and fine-tuning automation for a chorus or hook (volume rides, panning, effect parameters), having to manually recreate every single keyframe point from scratch for the second and third choruses is a massive waste of time and an unnecessary headache. We urgently need the ability to select, copy, and paste keyframe points across clip/track envelopes in the Multitrack Editor. This simple feature would fix a huge workflow bottleneck for anyone doing serious audio mixing in Audition.

It would be nice to copy/paste keyframe placement between tracks. In this case, I changed the levels in certain areas of a music track that wasn't finished. Instead of going back and reinserting said keyframes at the same values in the finished file, it would be nice to select all keyframes in the unfinished file and paste them in the new file. I've tried doing this and all it does is copy/paste the actual file instead of its keyframes.

Hello Adobe Audition Team,On behalf of professional audio editors across post-production, broadcasting, animation, music, and podcasting, we request several key features that would make Adobe Audition more competitive and efficient for large-scale audio work.Audition is already a reliable DAW for editing, mixing, and restoration, but there are modern workflow tools present in other professional audio software that would significantly speed up production and organization for thousands of users.Requested FeaturesBins / Folder Structure in Files PanelCreate and manage folders (bins) in the Files panel to organize assets like Voice, SFX, Music.Drag-and-drop between bins, search inside bins, and filter by tags.Track Folders with FX InheritanceCollapsible folder tracks to group related tracks (e.g., all character voices, or all ambient SFX).Apply effects, automation, or routing at the folder level that affect all child tracks.Per-Clip / Per-Item EffectsApply effects directly to individual cl

Not everyone has access to a keyboard or synths. So track loops can help create music tracks for the rest of us. But a “beatmapper” to match beats is sorely needed to help with the mixing, in order to match beats of different music clips (loops) to pull a music track together. I used to love this feature in Sound Forge within the composition window. It’s not all about podcasts and editing voice. ;)

I have been using Audition for decades and continue to pay a monthly subscription to enjoy updated features.  I have over a thousand vinyl records.  I record these records to my computer using Audition and an external analog to digital converter.  I then process the wave forms, create CD tracks and burn them to CDs.  This is a passionate hobby for me.  Audtion v26.3 removed all CD features.  Please restore these.  Otherwise, my only option is to use older versions of Audition, continue to pay subscription fees and never have Audition updated in the future.  It is a feature that didn’t need to be removed, even if it is only used by a minority of people.

WelcomeI am blind user of your trial version of adobe audition, however i am totally blind user with big experience of using Windows operating system and MacOS with screen readers. Unfortunatelly the adobe audition has not accessible on both platforms. It is most important to add the accessibility features to your APP such as accessibility assistant in acrobat reader. There are lots of users with visually empires around the world who use the computers and mobile devices as second eyes. I am radio journalist and editing audio material is my work, so adding this feature will improve my work rapidly.Kind regards LukasPs. I can test your result in the beta team channel or another way.

If the & symbol is used in the name of a custom favorite, it saves initially but disappears after quitting and restarting Audition. Might cause other issues too. I noticed that when I tried to open the keyboard shortcut xml file with the Safari browser it flagged an error in the file.

Create a feature that transcribes audio to text. This feature use to be available in Premiere Pro CC 8.1 and older versions. Improve the technology and implement it into Audition CC

some adobe apps are web compatible or are otherwise able to be used on chromebooks. audition should have some form of web or mobile compatibility, even if it’s not as robust as the desktop version. being able to take at least the base tools of audition on the go would be a great improvement to the adobe suite. i currently pay for audition and don’t have consistent access to a desktop. adobe is actively losing money by not allowing its customers to use audition on mobile or in browser. i’m not requesting for every single feature to be in a web-compatible version, just the basics (import/export files, trim audio, minor adjustments to audio).

It would be great if Audition could sync multiple tracks from different sources / files like in premiere pro.We record a pod cast and use a few different recording sources. It would be great if Audition could sync the files so they were in time with each other.

We need a DAW to create songs. It can have digital instruments, vocal editing, and everything else that you’ll need for song creation. Kind of like Logic Pro from apple.-Beat Creation-MIDI Compatibility-Digital Instruments-Vocal recording and editing-And more! Thanks for voting.

For roughly the past 7–8 years, Adobe Audition has not received any major updates from Adobe itself. From AI features to editing assistance or additional tools that could make the editing workflow more productive and easier, there have been no significant improvements. There are several features that "we" as Audition users would like to see:AI integration, such as features from Adobe Podcast, AI Transcription that could be adopted from Premiere Pro, or other AI-driven features that could be integrated into Audition.Additional editing features that, in my opinion, already need to be added to help Audition users work more efficiently and productively. And "perhaps" Adobe Audition could take a more "serious" step into becoming a full-fledged music DAW platform, as some users are also hoping for this direction. If implementing all of this feels too heavy, the Adobe team could roll out these features gradually through the Beta version. I personally have two versions installed, the Fi

Is there any particular reason why Adobe is not updating Audition with new features? Been working in Audition on and off for 9 years now, and its overall a lovely piece of software, even for bigger and more advanced projects. But I've not seen any noticable feature updates during all of these years. I do however feel like it has gotten abit more stable nowadays and does not crash very often.I do not have very much hope that these features will be added, but here are a few things that i'd love for them to fix/add, and i think most of them are easily fixed.Santa, here is my top 10 wishlist:1. Multiple videos in a single timeline. 2. Change track color on multiple tracks at a time. (or in "Add tracks" be able to choose color for all tracks being added)3. Assign BUS to multiple tracks at a time (or in "Add tracks" be able to choose BUS for all tracks being added)4. Ability to enlarge the channel rack/eq/send tabs in Mixer view to be able to see more than 3 effects at a time.

As more and more VST plugins are becoming network enabled; real-time audio over the internet is prevalent. There are VST plugins which offer a remote talent connectivity. Right now there is no way in Audition to record the output of a VST plugin on a new track. While you can bounce normal rack effects, you cannot capture a live output pair of a VST. For example, my workflow would probably be:Load the plugin on a bus track Pick up the output of the bus track as an input of a regular audio trackThis routing addition would make working in Audition more favourable in post-production workflows; especially with more network enabled plugins where the output is from the Internet, not the fx chain itself. Using virtual audio cables and suchlike is not an option here, especially when working with ASIO devices; as this adds too much latency.

When creating an new multi track session, the tracks are labelled "track 1", "track2 ", aso... We have to change these name for good organisation and visibility. Track by track. When you have 35 tracks or more...It would be a great time saver to give the possibility to automatically name the tracks by the name of the originating file. Up to the user to eventually rename the tracks before importing, but many are often already well labelled.

A common workflow (at least for me):I cut together a sequence of clips in Premiere. I need to apply video transitions to multiple layers of video content, so I nest the layers by selecting them and right-clicking to select “Nest...” I now transfer the sequence to Audition to do final audio. I can’t apply crossfades to nested sequences in Audition. The process of nesting them in Premiere removes their handles. The clips in the nested sequence have handles, Audition should be able to “see” that. I shouldn’t have to do any additional preparation in Premiere or keyframe the fades in Audition to accomplish this.

I kmow that audition is not a composer software but i'd like use virtual instruments to create my sounds.

I'm using podcast.adobe.com to record my podcasts, but you cannot edit the transcript and then download separate audio files for each participant which include those edits. I think that should be a standard to help with the workflow. It would also be nice to be able to import this directly into Adobe Audition for additional processing.
