Reject the & symbol in custom favorites name.

If the & symbol is used in the name of a custom favorite, it saves initially but disappears after quitting and restarting Audition. Might cause other issues too. I noticed that when I tried to open the keyboard shortcut xml file with the Safari browser it flagged an error in the file.
