short cut keys uniformity across all Adobe Apps

Hi,

What about a uniformity of the short cut keys? Like the razor tool in Premiere is key C and in Audition it's R.

I work alot between multple Adobe Apps for one project on different computers. To set theses key the same is not do-able.
