adobe-audition-loudness-diplsay.pngHi, currently there are 2 "display modes" in Adobe Audition editor: waveform and spectral.

In my opinion it may be helpful to add another one: loudness display.

Currently it's hard to make static loudness analyze (RMS/LUFS in time).

Amplitude statistics work on the entrie file (or selection), so we don't se how it fluctuates over the time.

On the other hand, plugins like loudness meter works in real time only.

Example usage:

- identify problematic parts needed attention easily,

- see static preview how given FX changes loudness of the whole file (before apply),

- manual leveling.

I tried to found similar functionality in other apps, but I didn't found anything useful.
