Renaming feature for recording multiple tracks at once

When I am recording movies or radio plays with a Sounddevices field recorder I work with „Multiple Wave Files“ which I can name before recording. My first file might be called "S01E01_001" which will include the different tracks like "1 Bob, 2 Marc, 3 Barbara" and so on. When working with a DAW like Audition I have to rename EACH track for every scene to get the file names I need when searching for it later. Instead of "Bob" and "Marc" I have to name every track S01E01_Bob, S01E01_Marc and for scene 2 S01E02_Bob_S01E02_Marc. This is of course not a big problem when recording one or two people but with the more tracks you have it gets very time consuming and annoying. A simple solution for this would be a window where you can add a scene or episode number which will always be in front of the sequence name. So this would just be used when someone needs this otherwise don't use this window.. Even better would be a recording schedule window where you can add each scene you have to record and when clicking on it it will be named correctly and also will be marked as recorded.
