the text-to-speech tool is embarassingly outdated

In this day and age, the alternatives to audition text-to-speech tools are everywhere, even more with the AI coming our way, and they all mae Adobe look bad. A couple years ago it was pretty awesome, now it's awfully outdated. Come on guys, you can do better!
