P: add a second control that would adjust ONLY the shadow reduction

Hi, I'd really like to see these two missing elements in ACR:
1. In the NR tab - for AI NR - add a second control that would adjust ONLY the shadow reduction, independent of the overall level.
2. In masks - add a color/chroma NR control to be able to remove chromatic noise only for specific areas.

Why is this necessary?
As someone who processes photos taken with cheap cameras and smartphones, the problem of noise in the shadows on such cameras remains a persistent issue...forever

casual photos from home, photos taken in the evening, and you get problems everywhere where the light doesn't directly hit.
I can solve this problem, BUT now I have to create several layers for each photo separately, paint masks, and this takes time and effort, especially if we're working with RAW and extracting a lot of information.
If this appears in ACR, it will be a lifesaver!

For more than 10 years, I would have ranked this problem in the top 3. When I increace the shadows, noise appears, especially chroma noise, so I really want to remove it locally, in a mask, ONLY where there are black objects.

 p1 would simply help quickly increase noise reduction in the shadows,
 p2 would help remove chroma locally and adjust the reduction with different strength for different areas without sacrificing the quality of the overall image.
