I would love to be able to set "crop" presets. I am a notoriously crooked shooter, and if I could have a preset that corrected my natural tendency for crooked images it would be awesome!

Adobe, can you please implement this already?

It seems like such a simple thing to implement.

I don't know why this is being left out.

Still unimplemented @10908910.0.

Adobe: develop presets should support crop settings (and orientation too, and if there's anything else missing I've forgotten about - that too...).

It would be nice if we can save a preset that can crop an images. This way we can have presets that adjust the color of the image and crop all at the same time.

Hard to understand why this omission, and so many others things like it, persist for so long...

As far as I can tell, no, it hasn't been added to LR4. Unbelievable. Even the most basic of image editing applications allows users to save crop presets, but not Adobe Photoshop Lightroom ("Adobe" and "Photoshop" added for irony 🙂 I even went looking in the presets folder hoping that there might be some XML file that I could hack to add (and desirably remove) crop presets, but no such luck.

Does anyone know if LR4 has this? I didn't find it yet 😞 Really wish they would have added this...important to my workflow when shooting events and printing 5x7...my fullframe jpgs need to be cropped as they import so I can see exactly what they look like with my print template...bummer!

Still unimplemented @Lr4b.

Adobe: please implement this for Lr4-final, and *please* don't forget to support it for SDK/plugin presets too.
