P: Cloud processing instead of GPU

Hello!
I also have a proposal for the developers of the Camera RAW module: instead of using the GPU to be able to use some new functions based on AI, to use cloud processing.
In this way, all users who do not have newer graphics cards could benefit from the latest AI-based innovations.
It is not fair to ask users to upgrade their systems, only for Adobe programs, if they do not want this, and the normal use of their own systems does not require more resources.
Apart from the few who are passionate about buying the newest systems on the market, the vast majority of users have been using the same systems for many years, without any problems.
Why do Adobe programs need more hardware resources?
Why don't Adobe developers find solutions so that the programs they develop use Adobe resources for intensive processing?
It is not fair that if you want to use the new advanced functions, you have to pay twice: once for the Adobe subscription and the second time to upgrade the system so that you can use the Adobe programs.
I usually use Camera RAW for basic editing of RAW files and for converting them to TIFF. Occasionally, I also use the new AI-based features, such as Denoise. It is a function that offers extraordinary results.
but with version 16 I can no longer use Camera RAW because my graphic card cannot be used by it.
And it's completely wrong that I can't use a simple function like RAW to TIFF conversion for only 2-3 new functions.
Adobe should offer to upgrade versions of Camera RAW either complete, or that only contain compatibility with the new cameras, without the complicated functions that require a specific graphics card.
The RAW camera is a basic module and I find it unacceptable to condition the possibility of using it on the purchase of a new compatible system!
