P: Syncing Adjustments between LR and ACR

Hi I just got lightroom and I think it would be great if a future update would include the following:

1) The ability to sync the 'tint' colour adjustment without affecting the colour temperature when syncing multiple photos

2) somehow making it easier to import presets from ACR into lightroom, I have about 20 and it was a pain in the butt to bring them all over to lightroom 😃
