P: version of Camera Raw doesn't support tablets which have a graphics accelerator

Create toggle to roll back to previous version in splash screen that doesn't require graphics accelerator.  Otherwise, thousands of tablet users are obsolete for Raw users if me. All Surface Pros, etc...
