https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mk5EMsY7Xa8 I managed to do it in a hacky way with pixel processor and anchor points, the actual logic is pretty simple to implement though. Output matches the Levels adjustment in Painter & Designer

would really be great to have it as a proper tool though

@Cyril DellenbachIn Photoshop, the Dodge/Burn tool shifts the levels of the underlying image brighter/darker respectively, with 3 value settings (Shadows/Midtones/Highlights)

It is essentially a brush version of the Levels adjustment, so it allows you to easily change the values of the image locally without having to use multiple layers and masks. It would be extremely useful especially when manually painting lighting into textures but it has a variety of uses and it's the #1 feature I miss from Photoshop in Painter.

    Hello,

Add dodge and burn brush like Photoshop. Be a quick way to add variation to textures without adding more fill layers, especially when performance takes a hit with large files and UDIMs.

    Hi @sharktacos, hello @cshabc,

Could you detail what you mean by dodge and burn brush? Can you maybe show us examples of what you have in head? I'll share the suggestions to the team!
