Middle click menu scrolling

It would be nice to have the middle click button able to scroll down or up when we are over the menu pannel.
3ds Max style (control pannel window)

And also having "Tab" hotkey switching between values.

Thanks for the feedbacks.

 

Regarding the TAB hotkey, this is a Windows shortcut for jumping to the next line. Therefore, if you change the native shortcut (Edit > Settings > Shortcuts) for hiding the UI (which is TAB), you'll be able to use the Hotkey to switch between values.
