Dimension Tool Options quick colour change

Is it possible to have a binary colour change action button added to the Dimension Tool Options.

I regularly supply DTV or DTF decal proofs to my customers. When producing a black or white decal proofs, the white dimension lines are perfect on a grey background.

However, when I show a different coloured decal proof I need to change the background colour to suit. I then need to change the dimension line colours to black.
As there are three elements that need to be changed. This is taking a long time to do, then change back for the next variation.
