transform/ scale/ rotate multiple objects to their individual anchor points/ set a numeric width or height to multiple objects which are not the same size

I want to be able to select multiple objects, which are not necessarily in same size or aligned to each other, and scale, transform, rotate all at once each to its own anchor point
Also from transform or properties panel set a fixed width and/or height to multiple different sized objects
