Erx: Grid View (Image only). Like you have in the LR Desktop solution. It greatly helps with initial culling.

Please add an option to the Grid view in LRC where it's just the image. No other information such as extended or compact. Just image thumbnail. You have this in LR Desktop and it massively helps with culling and selecting. I have always found the current view so hard to focus in on.
