Would it be possible in lightroom 4 beta to rotate video files as we can images?

Me Too. Especially since Lightroom Classic ver 7.2 does not play well with iPhone .MOV videos or "Live Photo" videos - it inverted all in my catalog. Now I regret importing them into Lightroom. They were fine in ver 7.0. Lightroom has always not played nice with capture time codes from an iPhone also. I have to import then shift all videos because it uses GMT and ignores iPhones time zones during the capture.

The rotate 90 degree button does not work for videos in Lightroom!

This is a such a simple feature and has been part of the free Picasa for 10 years, so makes no sense it is greyed out 😞

At least viewing rotate would be better than nothing if adobe has a problem about exporting video!

I just find another easy method here to rotate video 90 degree, 180 degree, 270 degree.

I prefer its rotate video without reencoding featrues or rotate video as well as convert to other video format like rotate MOV to AVI.

I support rotate video in any format like MP4, MOV, AVI, AVCHD, WMV, MPG, ProRes, etc.

Here is the step by step guide at http://www.idealshare.net/video-conve...

Being able to rotate .mov files would make viewing much easier for the new new limited editing feature in lightroom 4 and for editing the file in premier and premier elements

Yes we really need that, it's a very basic thing that would keep me from having to use a 3rd party product.
