P: Add a shortcut to the All Photographs level in the LR Classic Library

In Lightroom Classic, I will find the image set I'd like to work on in the Library and go to that folder in order to just view that session. When it's time to leave that project and search for another set of images, I need to scroll to the top of the folder list to the Catalog level and click All Photographs in order to search my entire catalog. A shortcut to that top level would speed things up.

Very much agreed. There are many such missing shortcuts, and improving LR's overall handling of shortcuts has never been a priority for Adobe.

As a workaround, you could use the Any Source plugin's All Photographs command (it explains how to assign a keyboard shortcut  -- I use Ctrl A on Mac). Or you could look into the Lrsuperkeys plugin or a MIDI controller, e.g. Loupedeck or one that works with the MIDI2LR plugin -- the plugins for those devices let you assign keyboard shortcuts as well.
