P: Add Headless "Copy Settings" and "Sync Settings" via the "Settings" menus.

Steps to reproduce:

1. In the "Settings" menu hold Alt/Option.

Actual Result: The menu entries "Copy Settings..." and "Sync Settings..." do no change to headless "Copy Settings" and "Sync Settings"

Expected Result: Headless modes for Copy/Sync Settings re doable via the menus.

The strings for these commands seems to be totally missing.

User should be able to perform these task without navigating the buttons AND with entries in the menu users could even be able be able to assign custom KBSC to these headless commands modes via Any Shortcut by @johnrellis
