P: Add 'Open Collection' option to the Create Collection dialog box.

Often when I've doing a shoot, I need to create a series of collections from that shoot to sync online. Lightroom Classic automatically opens that shoot, when really I just want to continue making more collections. 

To help Lightroom Classic could have an 'Open Collection' option which is on by default, meaning behaviour is unchanged for the current user. Those that don't want it can uncheck it. 

There is precedence for such an option already: The 'Select the Previous/Current collection during Import' checkbox in general preferences. 

Steps:

Create a new Collection

Expected behaviour:

The user can choose if the collection opens. 

Actual Behaviour:

Lightroom Classic always opens the collection. 

Workaround:

Take much longer and go back to the folder, find where you were to start creating the next of the 10 collections you're trying to make.
