P: Add "Person Manager"

The Any Tag plugin lets you add notes to keywords, e.g. to the people keywords added by face recognition. The notes are stored in a .csv text file in the catalog folder, so they're not locked away in a proprietary database (there is no widely implemented industry standard for recording keyword descriptions in metadata).

You did describe it perfectly. All we did is try to come up with a suggestion that works today.

Maybe my suggestion is not described perfectly... Sure it's possible to add things in metadata of the pictures. I thought about an extra window "Persons" - a database in the catalogue which contains all found persons, inpendend of the metadata, more than an adress book, where you are able to add informations to each face/person. 

An idea: To avoid such strange search results, use underscores. So add "Born_in_New_York_City" as synonym to the "John Doe" person keyword.

The OP clearly wants to couple this info to a particular person (i.e. keyword), not to a particular image, so metadata fields won't work here. You could consider using the synonyms option in the keyword, although this will probably cause strange search results.

Have you considered using one of the IPTC fields?
