I think that would be a fantastic feature for Lightroom Classic! A smart adjustment brush that can automatically detect and retouch skin imperfections like acne, pimples, and even varicose veins would be very useful. When it comes to retouching varicose veins, understanding the condition itself can help in achieving more realistic results. For example, varicose veins often appear green or blue on the skin and require careful handling to look natural.
