P: AI - Portrait light

It would be really nice if Lightroom had a similar feature to the Google Photos App's "Portrait Light," which adds a moveable point source lighting that illuminates the subject (face, body) differently depending on where you place it relative to the subject and its intensity.  

This would be really useful for adding creativity to portraits, especially those taken with natural lighting.
